Hi! I’m Stacey Yael, proud founder of Visible Women NFT. I’m a seasoned entrepreneur, strategic advisor,
content creator, art/web3 enthusiast & mom of 3.
I’m an attorney having worked in fintech with a passion for building businesses & creating connections.
my aha career moment...
I was invited to join the Steering Committee for the first-ever Gloria Steinem Endowed Chair in Media, Culture, and Feminist Studies at Rutgers University. Working with Gloria Steinem and this Committee of seasoned media veterans firsthand was life-altering. I learned how women are underrepresented in positions of leadership in media across genres. Women are consistently portrayed as their sole mission being the object of affection of others and not for the ownership of their own ideas, work and passions.
This seminal experience set my mission to bring visibility to women by embracing the power of talking circles "we need to form small groups, speak our truth and the revolution will follow." - Gloria Steinem
I started my career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLC. I then went in-house at Instinet Corporation, the first electronic trading platform. I then co-founded a registered investment advisory firm, leading their operations and marketing efforts to grow the firm to advising on over $700 million in assets.
As an entrepreneur, I advised numerous creative start-ups specializing in the strategic deployment of resources for maximum efficiency and growth. Along the way, I fell in love with relationship building (with employees, strategic partners, and forming close personal bonds with both colleagues and clients).
When I first learned about NFTs & web3, I was immediately drawn to the potential for artists and creators (and women!) to receive full credit for their ideas and work. I became passionate about the need & exponential potential for women to participate in the abundance of opportunities being created in the Web3.
I founded Visible Women to foster curated global connections. Join our community and TOGETHER we can discover new ways to harness the power of web3 to claim our visibility!
